AI Intent Routing for an insurer
Implementation of NLP and ASR system for automatic analysis of customer intent in real-time. The system classifies the query based on speech and forwards the ticket to the appropriate consultant with a ready CRM form — without manual pre-handling. Integration via API with the insurer's existing infrastructure.
Omnichannel platform with AI — 24/7 without a large team
Modernization and expansion of the client's operating system with a unified communication platform: VoIP, SMS, e-mail, Messenger, WWW chat — all channels integrated in one interface. The implementation of Vertex AI to handle chat allowed the company to operate around the clock with minimal consultant involvement.
FeedMySite — AI content pipeline for website owners
A SaaS platform that we designed and implemented in-house. Scalable backend architecture with asynchronous AI worker (Celery), LLM cost control, rate limiting (Redis), payments (Stripe) and full test suite: unit, load (K6), E2E (Playwright). Security and architecture from the first commit — not glued on at the end.
